Delete Files on IPhone after backup ?

Hi
the applicationworks well for two users at my home. Can we have an option to delete photos on the source Iphone once synced ? Deleting all photos on the Iphone seems to work in a one by one selection only. This eats time.

It looks like that Apple does not allow a third-party app to delete photos and videos created by other apps.
