Restoring a purchase

If I reinstall Windows from scratch on a new drive in my desktop, or upgrade to a new desktop, how do I restore my purchased license?

    Just send your Acrosync license id to support2014@acrosync.com and I will send you a code for you to purchase another license for free.

    The Acrosync license id can be found in the registry under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Acrosync\AcrosyncClient".

  • Thanks. I didn't want to purchase a license until I'd sorted this out, and I just submitted payment a few minutes ago. Thanks producing AcroSync, the tool I've been wanting for over a decade. Native rsync for Windows... who knew it would take this long?
