Minimum System Spec?

in Acrosync for Windows
Hi - I downloaded the trial version, but the install fails saying it cannot be installed on my computer.

Win7 64 bit, 8Gb RAM and plenty of HD space. 

Is there a minimum spec I need to consider, please?

    What is the exact error message reported by the installer?

    I first of all get the window to enter the license:

    "Enter a license code to activate your Acrosync license. Or you can choose to start a free 15-day trial period."

    then when I click on 'Trial' I get a warning saying

    "This computer is not eligible for the 30-day trial."
