Acrosync Error - No Activation code provided

Hello,

I havn't launched acrosync for ages, as it has been running for years fine. Now I needed to update a job and its come up with an error

No Activation code provided. I tried following the other thread of deleting the registry but it does not exist under both local user or local machine.

Why is it coming up with this? and how do I reactivate it with our liscense?

file version on AcroSync is 1.7.600.00

  • For those who ran into the same issue, you should download and the install the latest build 1.7.611 from our website.

    If the issue persists after, delete the registry key HKCU\Software\Acrosync\AcrosyncClient\License (or HKLM\... if you installed Acrosync for all users) and restarting Acrosync by right clicking the system tray icon and selecting Quit.
