Bug - broken pipe before large size file synchronization is supposed to start

in Acrosync for iOS
Acrosync ios client pops "Sync error" message box saying "Error writing to socket: broken pipe" or other words like remote closed socket or something like that, after around 10 minutes waiting as it shows Downloading at the bottom of screen and the server side shows "building file list" message in a Rsync Server MacOS app. I guess the long period 10 minutes is because Acrosync is calculating something from the 128G large file, and then sockets are closed?

I changed Timeout of RSync Server to 0 but the issue still happens. So I guess the Acrosync client has a similar timeout parameter which is shorter than 10 minutes? If so, any chance to increase the timeout or some other workarounds?

    Is the 'via ssh' option checked?  If so it is sshd that closed the connection.

    Acrosync doesn't timeout when reading from or writing to the socket.

    No, "via ssh" option is not checked. SSHD is not involved here. I tried with two different rsyncd servers - one from a docker container, and the other one is Rsync server macos app mentioned in previous message.

    Any clues?

    I should correct myself -- Acrosync does timeout when reading from the socket, but when it does that the error message will be "The rsync channel has been blocked".

    Since this is iOS, it could be iOS that closed the socket after a long period of inactivity.  I would suggest switching to ssh to see if it makes a difference.
