"Could not resolve hostname"

Hi there,

We have a licensed copy of Acrosync on a laptop at a remote biological station. We're using it to retrieve reports from a data collection system. After about a month of collecting reports successfully, Acrosync fails to start with the error message "Could not resolve hostname" and the Acrosync program doesn't start.

Any thoughts?

    I'm still having difficulties with this. Very frustrating as we've bought and paid for a license of this software which we can't use.
