rsync: failed to set times

in Acrosync for Windows
I am certainly feeling my lack of knowledge at the moment.

I have another error message that has me stumped:

rsync: failed to set times on "/share/ServerSync1/.": Operation not permitted (1)

I am running Acrosync on Server 2019 Standard

Target server is a QNAP NAS Firmware 4.4.1.1146

Any kind souls able to give pointers?

    That means you don't have the permission to modify the directory '/share/ServerSync1/'.  The easiest way to fix this is to select a subdirectory under '/share/ServerSync1/' as the remote directory.
