This box appears and the backups seem to stop.

I am not using ssh

If I need to change the library as discussed in another thread, I'll need the step-by-step.

    Can you try to connect via ssh instead?  Usually the ssh connection is more stable than the direct rsync.

    I connected to ssh, but the application only allows me to sync the "cloudstation" Remote Directory. What do I need to change so that the HPBackup\qdata folder can be sync'd
