Auto Upload uploading when stopped

This was reported to me a few weeks by one of my users.  (Actually I only have one :-D) 

I looked at his PC, but couldn't see why it was happening - The Acrosync GUI showed that the Auto Uploading profile was definitely "Stopped"
I thought that maybe Acrosync was running twice, and the GUI I was looking at was the one for the other one - If that makes sense.

A reboot cured the problem nevertheless.

Fast forward to today.

I made a single file change, and was about to go into Acrosync to upload it, when I saw the pop up saying to had already been uploaded.

As I only needed to upload a single file, I opened up the GUI, to find that Auto upload was turned off.

And that where I am right now...  

Auto upload turned off.  But auto uploading....
