Good morning,
We are working on a proof of concept utilizing Acrosync. We have been quite successful in the testing we have performed and believe the product to be what we are looking for. That being said. I have one system that, after installing the Acrosync client on a Windows Server 2016 box, we immediately receive an error message of "SSL Connection Error". This seems like Acrosync is trying to check back in to verify license, perhaps even software updates. We run our environments locked down. If this is the case what is the IP and Port that the Acrosync client is using to check back in with the server for this info? If this is not the case what is the cause of this error and how we do resolve it?
Thank you for your time.
