Confirmation Scheduled Task ran

I have 2 profiles that work perfectly manually.  I've configured them to run nightly via schedule, however I am having trouble confirming that they actually ran..??  I am not seeing anything in the log the next morning.  When I configured Log to File, there is nothing in the log file the next morning either..

When a profile is run through a schedule, should it be logging the activity?

Regarding the command line options, is there a manual for advanced options, such as enabling logging to file?  My other idea is to setup a scheduled task to launch from command line, but I want the logging to be able to validate the sync actually occurred.

    There should some log messages when a profile is run by the scheduler.  You can enable the Verbose Logging option to get more detailed messages.

    When you run a profile from the command line, it logs to the directory set by the "Log to file" option in the GUI.
