Can't create profiles

in Acrosync for Mac
I'm testing the trial version of acrosync.

There's one profile by default. I can't figure out how to create a second profile. I've tried right clicking in the top area of the app and on the existing tab. Should there be an application icon in the tray when the program is running and a menu in the top of the screen? I'm not seeing one even when the app is the only thing running in osx sierra.

Any ideas what could cause this?

    If you click the Acrosync icon on the right side of the menu bar, you'll be able to select the Add Profile menu.  ⌘-A should work too.
