Program not working?

in Acrosync for Windows
Hello,
Im interested to buy a license(s) in commercial envoirements.
So i downloaded a trial, installed it on a Win 10 Pro computer (as administrator).
But after configurring, when i click on the "START" button nothing happens, even the log file shows nothing in verbose mode.
PS I can select the folder on the SSH server and with a shell it all works just fine, and can make files etc.
What am i missing?

    It is likely that you chose the 'Run at scheduled times' option.  If it is not the case, a screenshot of the sync profile would be helpful.
