Acrosync does not sync folders

Been using Acrosync for a week or so now, and I could've sworn that from the beginning it recursed folders and synced their contents as well.
Right now it does not.

How do I enable recursivity?

Edit: I'm using Acrosync Beta 0.94

    Acrosync always has recursion on and there is no way to turn that off.

    Which sync mode is you running in, download, upload, or backup?  Can you turn on 'Verbose Logging' to see if there is anything unusual there.
