problems with VSS and with SkyDrive folders (skip reparse point)

I started Acrosync as Admin. 

I get this errors:

2014/09/20 14:08:46    Failed to create a shadow copy of 'C:' -- continue without VSS
2014/09/20 14:09:08    Skip reparse point that is neither symlink nor junction: C:/Users/Germo/SkyDrive.old/Dokumente/Rohstoff-Trader Transaktionen.xlsx
2014/09/20 14:12:08    Invalid path for VSS: 'D:/'
2014/09/20 14:12:08    Failed to create a shadow copy of 'D:' -- continue without VSS
2014/09/20 14:12:15    Skip reparse point that is neither symlink nor junction: D:/Users/Germo/SkyDrive/Skizze Holzzerteilung.xlsx

Why VSS will not work? What can I try to solve?

Is it possible to force Acrosync to continue it there are these "skip reparse point" errors?
As a work around I exclude the directory from backup (/Users/Germo/SkyDrive.old)

    I'll look into the VSS failures.

    For those unhandled reparse points, I think excluding them in the right approach.

    The VSS error is an embarrassing bug -- the minimum path length should be 3, not 4.

    I'll upload a new build later tonight.
