Unexpected flag error - Sync stops

Hi,

We are using Acrosync on OS X to manage remote offsite backups over the internet to a remote server.

Almost everyday the sync is stopping with an error "Unexpected flag: 204 blah blah). What is this? It is doing it on random files (most are MS Word though). Then the sync stops and won't restart again until the next full backup (1am).

Unfortunately this could make Acrosync unusable for us. Help!

If the problem persists after reboot, you can try to run rsync in daemon mode on the server and connect to it without ssh.

This is actually a libssh2 bug, fixed in version 1.3. See my latest post in https://acrosync.com/forum.html#/discussion/288/unexpected-flag-222-error
