The rsync channel has been blocked for more than 120 seconds

Hi, when a multi-gigabyte download sync is started, the error below is being returned after a while:

"The rsync channel has been blocked for more than 120 seconds"

Syncing never completes more than around 50%.  Rsync is over SSH on a remote server.  Transfer speeds seem much lower than server and client (server uplink 100Mb/s,client downlink 4-6Mb/s).

Any ideas?

    I assume it is Acrosync for iOS since you posted under this category.

    This could be caused by a known bug which had already been fixed in the Windows version.  I can get you a new build via the TestFlight program if you can send your email to support2015@acrosync.com.
