If the unexpected flag is always 94, then it has something to do with the server configuration.
I don't see 94 being a valid rsync flag, so I wonder which version of rsync you have on the server.
FreeSSHd.com doesn't mention they have the rsync exec…
Sorry about this. We changed the way the remote path is specified in the command line and obviously it doesn't work with some special characters.
A temporary workaround is to rename the remote directory 'MASTER (USE THIS)'. If you can't, try to c…
This is a regression bug caused by a build change.
I uploaded a new build 393 which should fix the bug. Just reinstall Acrosync from www.acrosync.com.
The key should be in OpenSSH format. Both DSA and RSA are supported.
I couldn't reproduce the problem. The changes are always saved correctly. The only exception is when you untick all the days of the week, in which case all the days of the week will become ticked. This is by design, since it doesn't make sense if…
Is the flag always 94, or is it different every time?
What is the version of ssh and rsync on the server? Are you running the ssh server on Windows?
Another user reported that the random flag issue may go away after a server reboot:
https://acrosyn…
I'll add the wake source information to Event Viewer, and create a registry key to disable the auto wakeup option. If more users want this option to be disabled then I'll find a place to add a checkbox for it.
Both changes are scheduled for the rel…
No, when you connect directly to the rsync port (873), the connection is not encrypted. We'll consider ssh support in a later version for Acrosync Server.
Yes, each computer will have to have its own license. After the official release is out, bulk orders with more than 5 copies will receive some discounts, but only for commercial licenses (because personal licenses are already heavily discounted).

Right now the profile name is just the last path component of the local dir. I agree renaming should be made possible, especially when you want to start a profile from command line in which case having a unique name is important.
I'll try to get it…
I apologize if the wording gave you the impression that Acrosync supports two-way sync. The paragraph before the one you quoted clearly states that what is supported is *automatic upload*.
And I don't think one needs to replicate every Dropbox feat…
Just send your Acrosync license id to [email protected] and I will send you a code for you to purchase another license for free.
The Acrosync license id can be found in the registry under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Acrosync\AcrosyncClient".
I tested it and it worked fine. In my test, there are several text files scattered under different sub-directories within the local directory (which is AcrosyncTest/test under Documents which probably doesn't matter). When I specified '/dir1/*.txt…
We're actually thinking about some time next week. Version 0.94 is pretty stable now and unless I receive new bug reports it will become version 1.0 (maybe with a few minor tweaks).
Surprisingly Apple approved this update in one day!
You should be able to see the new version 2.3 in the App Store now.
There is also a name change: 'Acrosync Pro' is now called 'Acrosync'; the previous free version has been removed, because it is …
I was able to reproduce this bug after upgrading my iPad to iOS 8. Rebuilt the app with XCode 6 and it started to work again, so it looks like an iOS 8 compatibility issue.
Will submit the new build to App Store tomorrow and expect at least one wee…
Acrosync always has recursion on and there is no way to turn that off.
Which sync mode is you running in, download, upload, or backup? Can you turn on 'Verbose Logging' to see if there is anything unusual there.
Thanks for the clarification. Somehow I was thinking of SSH login with public key authentication when I answered the question. For SSH login with password there shouldn't be any problem as confirmed by you.
Sorry for giving wrong information.
Found the root cause of the hanging issue -- nothing to do with the sync but a function for returning the summary is too slow for a a large number of files.
Submitted a new version to the Mac App Store, which should become available in about a week.
That "assertion failed" error message doesn't seem to be related to the empty list problem. Did you see other log messages around the time you opened the remote browser?
Also, please make sure that the home directory of the user that you used to lo…
I tried it with a non-admin user on Windows 7 and it worked:
Installed Acrosync as prompted without changing the default installation path.
Right clicked the Acrosync shortcut on the desktop; selected 'Run as Administrator'. A UAC window then poppe…
