I was trialing the software and downloaded it on the 24th January 2021.

I installed the Acrosync software, and started to use it.

It stalled, so I chose to restart the software, but needed to restart the entire machine.

Now it is asking me for a license code.

I quite like it, but I am not finished with my evaluation.

Could I please get my other 12 days? Thanks in advance :)

It's great that Acrosync pops up a dialog when it detects a changed host key, and logs a warning when a user a doesn't accept the new host, but could it also ...

* log the current server SSH hash every time it makes a connection (for tracking down when a host changed), and ...

* log (ideally in red) that a change in host key has been detected?

P.s. I'm running Acrosync on Windows, but I suspect this feature would be useful on all platforms.

As the VM's get torn down quite a bit, Im wondering if there is a mechanism to deauthorize  the key and reauthorize when another VM instance is setup.

Really don't want to have to send an email or some other non automated process.

My Question: Where are the profile configurations saved? Is there a file (Text, XML, ...)?

There are two reasons why I am asking:

I am using Acrosync to sync from Windows Server to shared folders on a Thecus NAS.  I have setup Acrosync to connect to the rsync daemon on the NAS.  When ever I do a sync for the first time, Acrosync is doing a full upload even though the files are exactly the same on both ends.  After the first sync, this no longer occurs and Acrosync only uploads the files that have changed or are new.  Is this suspected behavior?

I have one-way syncing working well.  Is there a safe way to configure two-way syncing using two profiles? Obviously timing needs to be well thought through to avoid conflicts.

Just letting you know that when Acrosync has a connection error, it will never recover from it.

I think this is a great program, and we are converting over our nas over to a windows file server but still need to sync to another synology NAS and this is perfect.

We need our uploads to happen every 5 minutes, with rsync on the NAS we use to have an hourly task that would rsync every release and a 5 minute that would sync anything with the name of "Beta"

I thought I had found the holy grail, and was very impressed with the application that detects changed files and auto uploads. This was perfect!!

However, how do I get this to work when running it as a service?

At the moment, I have created 12 profiles that sync every 5 minutes, I would use task scheduler, but I am also disappointed that when running via command line/task scheduler, it does not output to any log files.

I am trying to rsync databases from my server(it has Plesk on it) but it cannot download them if I provide the address /var/lib/mysql as remote address. I get an error of 600 seconds

Also, I have a problem when trying to download my main domain(no httpdocs, but main address with logs etc). I get an error which is saying that it cannot create hard link. Cannot create a file when that file already exists. But this is the first time i try to make an incremental backup for this domain. I am trying on empty folder

Why these may happen?

If I want to install Acrosync on different PCs, do I need to purchase a license for each one? If so, is there a discount for multiple licenses? 

Also, whats the difference between the personal and corporate license?

Is there any chance of making Acrosync a client/server application?

Personally, I would like to be able to set it to a "server"mode with incoming ssh on one machine, and on the other machine have it running in client mode connecting via built-in ssh to the first "server"machine.

I think this would be a great all in one program if it could be done.
